Ok idk what you mean by make your own clothes but i know two games where you can dress your character with anything you want. Rumble Fighter is an online download game (pc) that you fight and customize your character for free. Playing is free. Only thing you pay for is extra items (not mandatory you don't have to pay. never). LittleBigPlanet you can dress your character put stickers and lots of stuff. If you put stickers and all other stuff its 1% chance you'll find a person with same cloths. My person has wings and ringmaster suit with baton. LittleBigPlanet is for ps3 only. I can find more games but these 2 games are my favorite. LittleBigPlanet is for everyone (including kids) and is a creative game. there's no fighting sadly. But you can create mostly ANYTHING that comes to your mind.
